It was a long wait for Season 3, Episode 1 - "It's Handled", but certainly worth the wait. If you have not viewed this episode yet, you may not want to read any further.  I'd be interested to know your comments on the Oct 3rd show.  My thoughts:

Olivia's Father - He's deadly, mean, sarcastic and funny! I love the interaction with him and Oliva. She's not afraid of him, but I think she's the only one who isn't.

Millie - Surprised me by her ability to take charge of the situation.

Cyrus - Does he know that Olivia's dad is the B-6-13 head?

Gladiators -  They aren't bitches! That's for sure!

Fitz - I wondered why he was so anxious to tell the truth about the affair. And now we know that HE'S the one who leaked Olivia's name!! Shocker! But then again, who admits to their wife that they are in love with another woman with the other woman in the room??

And what happened with Fitz and Jake on their mission?
